One or more resources can be assigned to a
task. Assigning of resources to a task can
be done in two places, either in the task
detail page on the task list or in the
Scheduling pane in the Gantt diagram
(requires the Gantt diagram and Planning
module).
As soon as a resource has been assigned to
a task that task is listed on the
resources My Assigned Tasks page which can
be access through the My Workspace node.

Here the resource can see which tasks he
or she is assigned to work on. The page
also display the completion percentage and
lists who, aside from him or her self is
assigned to the task. When a task is
finished i.e. the remaining hours for the
task = 0, the task is removed from the
page. By clicking the blue icon, the
resource can view the task details, i.e.
what needs to be done.
