We have several options for technical support. You can either purchase email technical support, telephone technical support, ask us to do write a function or ask us to write the entire application for you. Email and telephone support is handled through a point system. For each question you ask a number of points is deducted in accordance with the schedule below. If you have general end user questions, support is free and can be asked through the support section.

Main Question

Answering of one email containing software development technical questions.

The price is for 1 main question and up to 4 individual sub question relating to the main question. If the mail contains more than 4 sub questions then each sub question will be charged at 9 point each.

Follow up answer

Answering of one email containing new sub questions related to the above main question containing up to 4 sub questions related to the main question. Additional sub questions will be charted at 9 points each.

 

 

 

1. If the main email contains multiple main questions (clearly identifiable questions) then 90 points will be charged for each main question

2. Each return email (our answer to you) contains an exact breakdown of the points charged and how many points you have left.

3. We reserve the right not to answer questions that potentially could reveal software secrets. 

4. Our breakdown for main and sub questions is final.

Telephone Support

30 Minute Block

For each 30 Minute Block, or fraction there of a total of 350 points is charged. If you avail of this service you will be given access to an English speaking software developer. You may ask that person any question you like related to customization of 3f Software Planner. Minimum charge for phone support 350 points.

Answering of one email containing new sub questions related to the above main question containing up to 4 sub questions related to the main question. Additional sub questions will be charted at 10 points each.

 

 

 

1. The time begins when the phone call begins and ends when both parties hang up.

2. To avail of this service you must have VOIP (Preferably Skype) installed on your PC and access to broadband. Alternatively you may also call us

    using a regular phone line.

3. Any follow-up email will be charged in accordance with the rates in the Email Technical Support section.
