The Project Overview Report summarizes all
the hours worked by all resources in a
project. The report is updated each
time a timesheet is submitted and approved
(requires optional
Approval
Management module). The
remaining hours for each task (the third
column Rem. Hrs) gets its data from the
project management page which is where the
person in charge of the project update the
remaining hours for each task. In other
words, the remaining hours for each task
is not based on the remaining hours
entered by the resource up on submitting
his or her timesheet, but depends on the
remaining hours set by the person in
charge of the project.
