To lower the learning curve of the 3f
Software Planner, we have created a set of
free video tutorials that will show you
how the 3f Software Planner works. Each
module has a separate set of tutorials.
* If your organization is not using the
"approval management" module then please
ignore the tutorials available for
Enterprise Manager, Project Manager and
Project Member. Multiple user roles are
added with the approval management module.
The tutorials for Project Manger and
Project Member are slightly different from
the Enterprise Manager tutorials because
information are presented see from the
different user level's unique point of
view. All accounts setup prior to
July 23, 2005 have all modules enabled.
If you want to disable any module log in
to
Account Management from where you can
disable the module or modules you want.
All Modules
If you are using all modules the order
that you should view the tutorials is
slightly different. Please click on the
link corresponding to your user role then
follow the order the tutorials are listed.
As an additional bonus if you have
purchased all the modules in the 3f
Software Planner you can also download the
tutorials (AVI format) and view them
offline on your PC either alone or in a
group setting. Tip: Do not download
all the video tutorials unless you have
purchased all the modules. The reason is
that the video contains tutorials for
modules that you may not have which would
lead to unnecessary confusion.
