The 3f Software Planner has a central
approval page where any Enterprise Manager
or the assigned Project Manager can
approve task, general requests or time
sheets. The page is logically divided into
these 3 sections. From here the approval
history can also be accessed.
Time sheets
All submitted
timesheets requiring
approval are listed here grouped by
resource. In the 3f Software Planner
projects can set up so that timesheets
must be approved before the worked hours
are included in repots, or projects can be
setup so that when timesheets are
submitted the hours are automatically
included in the reports without any
approval.
Tasks
Grouped by project all pending
tasks are
listed. When the Project Manager click the
task name a new window open from where the
task can be modified, declined or
approved.
Requests
This is where general requests from
resources working on projects are listed.
General requests can be anything from
requesting a day off or requesting a new
computer.
